时间确定技术（上海）有限公司（以下简称"TTSystems"）是由奥地利TTTech集团与中国核心管理团队合作创立的创新型科技企业。公司由TTTech集团CEO Georg Kopetz命名，在TTTech集团中国区总经理欧阳扬的开设下，于2024年在香港设立TTSystems China Co., Limited.公司，2025年又组建”时间确定技术（上海）有限公司“。这两个公司共同构成TTSystems在大中华区业务和技术支持体系。TTSystems承载着推广时间触发技术（Time-Triggered Technology），时间敏感网络技术（TSN），时间确定性技术和安全关键系统，等等，这些革命性创新成果的重要使命，致力于为智能工业时代，汽车、新一代飞机等打造安全可靠的数字基座。
TTSystems 的名字表明，公司不仅仅推广时间触发技术（Time-Triggered）产品和技术，同时会具备系统（Systems）的整合能力，产品的组合能力，为客户提供更便捷的，省心的解决方案和系统。
作为TTTech集团在大中华区的技术辐射中心，TTSystems不仅完整继承了集团在航空电子、工业自动化、智能电网、边缘计算等关键领域的全业务体系，更依托对中国市场的深刻洞察，构建起涵盖技术引进、本地化研发、系统集成、全生命周期服务的一站式解决方案平台。公司以"技术本土化、服务全球化"为战略导向，搭建起连接欧洲尖端技术与中国产业升级的创新桥梁。
TTSystems 不仅发展业务，还为TTTech集团在中国推广产品和技术、发展业务伙伴关系、管理代理商和创建新的系统解决方案，在中国共建销售和技术支持网络。

TTSystems China Co., Ltd.. (hereinafter referred to as "TTSystems") is an innovative technology enterprise backed by Austria's TTTech Group and founded by the core management team of TTTech China. TTSystems named by TTTech Group CEO Georg Kopetz and initiated by TTTech China General Manager Steven Ouyang, the company was first registered as TTSystems China Co., Limited in Hong Kong in 2024. In 2025, "Time Deterministic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd." was subsequently established. Together, these two entities form TTSystems' business and technical support framework in Greater China. TTSystems bears the critical mission of promoting revolutionary innovations such as Time-Triggered Technology, Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), time-deterministic technology, and safety-critical systems, dedicated to building safe and reliable digital infrastructure for intelligent industrial applications, Automotive and next-generation aircraft sectors.
The name TTSystems signifies not only our dedication to advancing Time-Triggered Technology solutions, but also showcases system-level integration capabilities with third-party products and optimized product portfolio synergies, dedicated to delivering efficient and worry-free tailored system solutions for customers.
As TTTech Group's technology dissemination center in the Great China region, TTSystems not only fully inherits the Group's comprehensive business systems in aviation electronics, industrial automation, smart grids, and edge computing but also leverages deep insights into the Chinese market to establish a one-stop solution platform encompassing technology import, localized R&D, system integration, and full lifecycle services. Guided by the strategic vision of "Localized Technology, Globalized Services," TTSystems serves as an innovative bridge connecting cutting-edge European technologies with China's industrial transformation.
